Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I came in for an oil change, but the service also included a recall. I wasn't aware the recall repair was occurring, and wasn't given any updates other than 2 hours later when my car was eventually complete. I wish I would have been kept informed of the service and asked about the recall repair before moving forward with it. Also, following my service, I received an email indicating my car was due for service. It seems as if the email reminders are out of synch with actual repairs.

took my car in for an oil change and some maintenance. they always wash my car on the outside but this time they cleaned the inside too - which was desperately needed because i have been so busy it has not been tended to. it was a super sweet surprise when i picked up my vehicle

Ripped off after negotiating on the contract. Trade in value of 8000 only paid 7500. Msrp of 49000 they priced the agreement at over 51000. Absolutely shady gross business. I blame myself for thinking for one second they could be trusted. My fault for thinking they'd be decent human beings.

I set out to acquire a hard to find Camaro 2SS 1LE 6 speed manual about a year ago. I figured my best shot was to select a high volume dealer with the best chance of having allocation. I called John Elway and sure glad that I did! My salesman Milad answered the phone and gave me all details on the ordering process, provided proper expectations and patiently tolerated me when I made several subsequent changes to my order. Milad was super awesome through the entire process. He always keep me updated and most importantly was all over GM about my order status. Last week my car arrived from Michigan and was beautifully delivered in pristine condition on the showroom floor. Thanks for a great purchase experience John Elway and thank you Milad for getting this car in my hands! The 4.5 hour drive was well worth it!
