I’ve been waiting to buy a Blazer for 8 years, and I am so happy with my purchase. My husband and I have been wanting to invest in a small family vehicle, and this could not be more perfect. Our experience with John Elway Chevrolet was fantastic. When I initially called to see if they had Blazers in stock, Daniel with the sales department answered and he was so friendly. From the start of the morning test driving to the paperwork in the evening, he genuinely was there to help in whatever way he could without overwhelming me with information. Tony helped us in the finance department and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The paperwork side of things can be confusing but he truly took time out of his evening to explain each detail / all of our options as far as warranty and make sure we were happy with our purchase. Wow! I had such an amazing experience here. I wanted to trade in my car and both Tony and Henry were able to make that possible and put all of my worries to rest. With my previous car I wasnt explained to what was happening and I was nervous to go a dealership because I didn't want to get taken advantage of again, but wow this was the best service I've ever had! So first off, I want to say thank you to the sales professionals that I have worked with, having bought 3 vehicles over the years. I have recommended friends, and family, to your dealership over the years, simply because of the used car sales experiences I’ve had. As I’m sure you hear frequently, most people avoid contact with salesmen for many reasons, to include the financing process. My experiences have been completely opposite. A few years ago, at the conclusion of buying my first vehicle from your dealership, the sales manager Keith Peer made a point to introduce himself to me, asked for feedback on the process, and provided his contact information if anything was not up to my expectations. He also contacted me a couple weeks after my initial purchase, for the purpose of ensuring my satisfaction with the entire process. That is truly the first time I EVER had that kind of experience with a car buying experience. As a result, I have contacted Mr Peer several times, seeking advice and inventory at your dealership. I honestly would NOT buy a used vehicle from anybody else, simply because he cares about people. As I said earlier, I have sent family and friends to him as well, for that exact reason. I recently told Mr Peer exactly what I was looking for, and within days, he found the exact truck I wanted. I purchased that truck with literally ZERO hesitation, and I couldn’t be any more satisfied with that purchase. Lastly, I want to give the same feedback for the finance process I experienced, with Mr. Tony Gomez. He was quick, but most important to me, he was honest with me about his thoughts and opinions on what I truly needed with my truck. It’s not hard to see or hear when something is just a sales pitch. My experience with Mr Gomez left me knowing he was genuine, and I could not appreciate his integrity any more than when I left the dealership. I apologize for the length of this review, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with these gentlemen. I’m aware that reviews are plenty long when the experience is negative, so I think it’s equally important to share details of a highly positive experience. I’d like to think I bought my “forever” truck!! But in reality, my family and friends will continue to purchase vehicles for years to come. And I will continue to highly recommend Mr Peer, and Mr Gomez.
I am married but a first time car buyer and I was not looking forward to the experience from horror stories I have heard before from friends and even my own husband. However the entire team at John Elway Cheverlet off of Broadway went above and beyond to make the experience easy, informative and as painless as possible. The sales rep Chris spoke to me directly (even though my husband was present) with respect and kindness. He explained the process from beginning to finish and why they did things a certain way to ensure quality and excellence with their cars. The car I chose required a little bit of work and detailing before they would sign off on it. Chris was transparent and open with the history of the car, the current condition of it and what they were going to do to ensure it was in great condition and ready for a new home. When they released it to me, it had a full tank of gas, new tires, new windshield, hood and roof (from hail damage) and was detailed to perfection. He had me take it for a spin just to ensure I was 100% happy with the final product as one last step to check off. Tony in Finance was hands down a fantastic person to work with. He went over all my options and the pros and cons of them. He explained in detail the extended warranty options and made me feel at ease asking questions when I was unsure or didn’t understand. The day of pickup I was greeted by a good portion of the team there with nothing but smiles, handshakes and refreshments. It took about a week for the repairs to get done with delays due to weather, but someone always reached out daily, whether it was Chris, Tony or Max to let me know the status and to make known I was family and the wait was almost over. I highly recommend this team to anyone experienced or new to car buying no matter your financial situation. They mean it when they say your family and they will find a way to take care of you.
Tony Gomez is amazing! An angel sent from up above! He was kind and knowledgeable. He took the time and opportunity to find a better APR and a lower payment for me. I have 8 grandchildren and the Kia Carnival is perfect for hauling, all of the grandchildren to family gatherings. I was willing to accept the APR, because I absolutely needed that vehicle. The Holy Spirit touched him and he was able to get a better deal for me. Tony Gomez didn’t know me from a can of paint. He is really a stand up guy! I had to hug him by the time, he finished up the paperwork. Please acknowledge him, for all the great things he brings on behalf of, John Elway Chevrolet! From start to finish my experience here at John Elway Chevrolet was definitely the BEST car dealership experience i've EVER had. I actually came here by mistake because another dealership didn't give me their address when i talked with them over the phone, im glad i walked into this dealership. See my car was stolen and i was already dealing with so much stress of that i was kind of dreading going to a lot to get a new vehicle. I was welcomed with smiles and a friendly greeting from every single person that was working that day, i appreciated it a lot as i was a female walking into a dealership alone (it can be nerve-racking). HOWEVER i felt absolutely no pressure into my purchase, my original vehicle i was looking at online was sold the same day i walked in as well as the backup vehicle i wanted too, just my luck lol. Luckily for me i was working with Sean and he showed me other options and i ended finding an even better vehicle that will be my forever baby and for that i am thankful and grateful! im writing this review late as work has been kicking my a** and im finally being given the chance to sit down and slow down to do so (as i get my first oil change lol). Let me start by saying that not only did my father work at Burt/John Elway Chevrolet, but my brother and I for many years. I have purchased many vehicles and have done most of our services at this location for 30 plus years. Until recently, service and sales has been great. I recently took our 2020 Z71 in for service because of a check engine light and an oil change. After leaving our truck there for 4 days we had heard nothing from service advisor Cheryl, we left messages and when I finally did get a hold of Cheryl, she had very little information other than to say they are waiting on a part that could take 3 weeks to get. I asked if the extended warranty would cover a rental and Cheryl said she would check into it. I ended up getting a pickup truck from enterprise as we had a vacation planned and I did not get any response from anyone in the service department. Our truck had now been there for going on 4 weeks and still no communication. I left a voicemail for the service manager and no response. Finally, I get a text message from Cheryl saying the truck was ready. After 1500.00 for the rental, we picked up our truck. When we got home, we noticed the back of the front seats were filthy, grease on the passenger seat, grease on the doors. Why were they in the back of the truck for an oil change and a transmission module?? Look, there are still very fine people at this dealership. I love A.J. Gaunella, he is the epitome of customer service, and I learned a lot from him when I worked there. But sadly, this will be my last transaction with this dealership.
These people are cons with polo shirts. Your vehicle already has the owners benefits, safety and security when you buy it. They act like they care that times are rough and still make you believe you need all the extra unnecessary xxxxxxxx. And even when you're within your rights to be refunded all unused warranties/security. They said that it's a part of the truck. KARR SECURITY SYSTEM is pretty much onstar that they trick you into purchasing after the fact. A 5 year/$1,000 security warranty that the vehicle already had built in and they say it's a part of the vehicle so I can't cancel or be refunded. So iam literally paying for the next owners security for 5 years? I went to the site and it wasn't even activated yet. Just be aware of those snakes. Also don't feed into their xxxxxxxx when they send emails to rate their service. Claim 1-10 rating and anything in between isn't a good review. So they say if your don't put a 10, you might as well put a 1. These mfs just to boost their reviews
What a wonderful, positive experience...and scary lol. It had been a couple decades at least, since I had a new vehicle. I LOVED my big truck, but knew he was getting to have more problems then not. Thomas Jordan (salesman) helped me with looking at a couple vehicles but I just wasn't ready to commit at the time. I also wasn't for sure what I was even 'looking' for. A couple months went by and I went back and found my 'perfect' fit. Thomas helped me out again and even went with me on the test drive...brave man. So many new gadgets but Thomas was very helpful. To make matters even better and much more reassuring, Keith Peer, the Used Car manager came in and immediately made me feel at ease. NO pressure, kind, informative, patient. My fears were being addressed and I felt very at ease. I also had the pleasure of meeting Jeff Silverberg, the General Manager. Another wonderful, easy to talk to, reassuring person. My 'scared' self was now happy and relaxed knowing that these guys had my back if I needed anything. Quick shout out to Tony Gomez, he was fast and efficient and very busy. BIG KUDOS to John Elway Chevrolet for having such great, kind people. I appreciated each and every one of you.

Not very happy about the truck that I bought. Has an coolant leak that I can’t find. Needs front end work. I replaced the thermostat.
My purchase experience was long and drawn out simply because of production issues with a new model from GM -- From the day I put my deposit down to when I picked up the vehicle, and dealing with several individuals, service was exceptional. Also, while we didn't have anything in writing and the vehicle I got was in high demand, there was no last minute market adjustment or other nonsense which was very much appreciated. In particular my salesperson, Chris Burnham, was responsive, patient and went the extra mile to keep me informed and take great care of me.
Poor customer service. Over the course of nearly two weeks of correspondence there was no action taken by sales to complete the transaction. They market vehicles far outside of their location and then fail to act on any of the leads. Lack of communication where the customer is alway in pursuit is not how you make people feel valued. Even emailed the internet director and received no response. Just a total failure in service and communication.
My salesman, Jonah Herndon was fantastic! He worked really hard and got me in the truck I wanted. He was also energetic, polite, knowledgeable, and a go getter. I would recommend him to my friends.
Z was the best. She got me into a Cadillac escilade that I dearly love. Everyone was very professional and nice to us.
Truly one of the best and most helpful sales crew CO has to offer! After being sold a car that couldn't pass inspection by a local Toyota dealership, I was recommended to John Elway. Not only was the process for finding a car within my price range extremely fast, but the care that was shown into making sure the car was up to par in terms of safety was second to none. Im extremely pleased with my purchase and would recommend this dealership to anybody who wants to do business with good people you can trust and have your best interest, this is the place! Also, I would really like to thank the used car manager Keith Peers as he showed the utmost respect to my mom and I during the sales process. In December of 2020 I purchased a '17 Certified Pre-owned Chevy Volt. The experience was pressure less, fast, and pleasant. In July of '22 I took the vehicle in for an oil change. (Almost all mileage was off the battery.) I mentioned that I was getting an intermittent "Shift to Park" message, even though the car was in Park. The service department ended up removing and reinstalling the Transmission control, installed a new shifter harness and wire harness jumper, all at no charge. I paid only for the oil change. Last month (2/23) I experienced a flat tire. On going into the storage area I discovered that I was missing all the equipment to reinflate the tire. After getting the tire fixed I went to the dealership thinking "I have had this car for 26 months, this should be interesting." I went to the parts department and got a list of what had been missing. I took the list to sales and worked with Jason Somers, who basically told me that he would get the parts ordered and call me when they came in. I now have new original equipment that was missing, at no charge. I have never written a review on anything in my lifetime. However, I felt that people should know about the professional, customer oriented treatment that I have experienced from John Elway Chevrolet Sales and service department in the past two years. A special "shout out" to Jason Somers for his professionalism.

This store wasted 8 hours of my time, due to the lot manager's undervaluing my trade-in amount. He apparently thought $1000 was more important than making a $20,000 sale for the store. Nice one! Not! Greed will never result favorably! Hold onto it, you lose! The sales rep, Chris bent over backwards to try to help; Alissa the Manager also did so, and Tony in Finances is wonderful! It was the Greedy Lot Manager who lost the sale for the store. I will likely Never return to that store again, knowing my valuable time will be wasted for meager amount of money compared to what sale could have taken place, time that I don't have, waste the staff's time and efforts. Shame on that Lot Manager. You lose a customer.
I worked with Trevor Green - Sales, Keith Peer - Used Vehicle Manager, and Tony Gomez - Financing Manager. Every aspect (sales, negotiation, and financing) of my purchase at this dealership was perfect and really could not have gone better. I purchase a lot of vehicles, this is my 7th since 2016, and this was my favorite experience. Trevor has great knowledge and experience, and made my buying experience enjoyable. Keith was super easy to work with. Trevor and I did the back-and-forth to the manager bit a couple times, and then Keith came out and sat down with me to quickly get the deal done. Tony had the typical offerings you see at this stage of the purchase - extended warranty, vehicle protection, windshield, tires, wheels, etc. The difference for me here was Tony was flexible with the offerings, tailoring them to what I wanted. He also worked with me on costs, and the finance team got me a great rate considering the current state of used car loan rates. I give these guys an A+ rating and I will definitely be going to John Elway Chevrolet first when it comes time to buy a new truck.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Rude. Demanding. Took hours for paperwork. Don't respect your time. Harassing. Also wouldn't even give me a ride to close the sale on my new car which I thought was a pretty standard request. The worst part was they were rude and acted like I was unreasonable for asking. Just rude every step of the way. Update after their reply: They didn’t contact me but instead banned my car from being serviced. The response is just to look good here. Now they won’t honor my warranty claims on a 1 week old car because I gave them a bad review.
