telling the same story over and over again in these survey's, the service writer experience as a whole is terrible. Though my writer attempted to be a honest and reliable this is only because he is new to the company, this team and I use that term loosely but on second thought they are locked as a team. A team that are all consistent with terrible service, no personality, all heads buried in monitors, and or pretending to be on a phone call. Too good to look up and wave, smile, acknowledge a customer, or in my shoes now a former customer. Have gave this service department their last chance. And as this survey will go nowhere quit wasting people's time. take that time and just stand back and watch. The service manager has successfully created a terrible team for a customer but I'm sure he likes what he sees because they are all the same, do that hate their jobs, worst service I have had in years and not just this time. I will buy my next corvette somewhere else. It is obvious buying two 70k vehicles in last few years means nothing to John Elways service department. Sales end did a great job, service department just lost the dealership a customer and a sell of a Z06 CORVETTE when available. Go ahead publish my response, doubtful you will be doing so.
