Confirmed Service Customer
The service department at Elway Chevrolet went above & beyond to help me out. Unfortunately, the mechanic could not find any DTC's. Current or history. My Bolt would not drive and had to be towed in. Once the mechanic was able to look at my Bolt, it worked perfectly. He spent time diagnosing my Bolt. Checking for correct software & bulletins. He tried several times and road tested my Bolt and could not duplicate the problem. My Service advisor also drove my Bolt and could not get it to act up. I sure hope General Motors paid the mechanic and the dealership for their time!!!!!! Especially the mechanic that worked on my Bolt. He deserves to be paid even though my Bolt operated correctly when he got the vehicle!! Elway Chevrolet went above & beyond taking care of me. However, at this time, I am not impressed with General Motors and their commitment to electric vehicles. General Motors needs to do better if they want to switch to all electric vehicles. Don't rely on the service department at the dealership to bail them out.
