Confirmed Service Customer
I tried to schedule an appointment online, but never heard back from the dealership one way or another whether the appointment was accepted. I dropped by at the expected time just to see if they were prepared to work on my truck, and they said that they did not have an appointment. Given that I tried to organize this two weeks in advance, I found it frustrating that no one either confirmed or denied my attempt to schedule. This is an issue that should be addressed for customers. Luckily, all my truck needed was an oil change, so they were able to fit me in at the time I thought I was supposed to be there. That's why I rated this an eight; the service writer and techs were able to squeeze me in on a Friday afternoon, even when they hadn't expected me to be there. The gentleman who checked me in and out was kind, courteous, helpful, and took a moment to talk with me about my truck. In spite of the confusion regarding appointments, I'll come back to Elway for service.
