My radio screen wasn't working and was told it was a software update which my system, luckily accepted. Chery had mentioned many people are having this issue, their system isn't taking the software update, and the units are on backorder for those where this can't be immediately fixed. All good news buy I'm curious why I was charged $236.01 for a software upgrade! There's a 10 year warranty on the vehicle, when we dropped it off I was told it would covered under warranty, and if there was a problem that they'd call to ensure it was covered. Imagine my surprise when I showed up and told there was a charge, I used $131.47 of my Chevy Points to help pay the bill, and was told the warranty does not cover everything despite being told it was.
