Confirmed Service Customer
My experience with Chris your service writer was the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. I left him two phone messages and the email over the course of three days and I got no response. My truck was there for 5 days. I tried calling your service department for two day in a row, no one ever answered the phone. At one point the the phone rang for 9 minutes and no one answered. If hadn’t physically shown Up on day 5 to check on the status of my truck, I don’t know what would’ve happened. I was told that Chris tried texting me twice, but due to his incompetence he apparently wrote down the wrong phone number. In my two phone messages that I left him and in my email I sent him I made sure I included my phone number. So he had no excuse not to respond. On day five after I got no response from anyone at your dealership so I physically showed up at the service department and was helped by Dimitri, who was responsive and was able to get my truck fixed at the last minute in a Saturday.
