Sean was a delight to work with. He answered all our questions, was transparent and patient as we are slow decision makers. David explained all the service contract options and benefits. He allowed us time to discuss and process our choice without pressure.

Vehicle drop off and pick up were very efficient and quick. All indicated services for this 16 year old full size van were explained to keep this vehicle running without problems, since I plan to keep it as long as possible. I will continue to use Elway Chevrolet.

I had a really great buying experience with John Elway Chevrolet yesterday when trading in my 2021 Trailblazer (this was also bought from the John Elway Dealership) on a new 2026 Trailblazer! Jason was instrumental in getting me into my new Trailblazer. To clarify right up front, this rating (in my eyes) is technically 3 3/4 stars. I will start with the positives: I was searching (pretty much nationwide) for a specific type of truck, with the search leading me to this dealership. First truck didn't pan out, however the salesman (Amine) did his due diligence, and actively searched for another one - and did, indeed find one. Because this was an on-line search, with me being 1500 miles away, communication was done via phone calls, emails and/or text. They provided the typical videos, photos, etc., and then once I had decided that this vehicle was going to suit my needs, an out of state transaction took place. All went well with that transaction. However..... fast forward to when the vehicle arrived in my area (I had it shipped via a "hot shot" hauler). I hop into the "new" (used) truck, and pull around to where my other vehicle was parked. I turn off the "new" truck, in order to obtain items from my other vehicle - hop back in, start it up, and VOILA.... the check engine light is on. I shrug - it could be any silly little thing (even a loose gas cap can trigger that stupid thing). A day or so later, I take the "new" truck to the local self-serve (not drive thru) car wash, and that's when I notice that BOTH trim pieces on the roof (LH/RH) are missing. I also notice that 1 of the trim pieces was in the bed (under a tonneau cover, so I didn't see it right away). Hmmmm, I think. I contact the salesman first - tell him what I've just found (things that I wasn't made aware of, upon initial inquiry). He has to "run it up the flagpole", and gets a service guy involved (Jeremy). Again, polite, cordial, and he did what he needed to do, to keep a satisfied customer (they covered most of the cost of the parts and installation). Where I have an issue (and where the less than 5 star rating comes into play) is that these issues were not initially disclosed, AND another more "hidden" issue came to my attention, as well. Even though the truck had a clean CarFax, and no accidents reported, it was obvious that it had been at some point hit in the rear end - a friend (former Ford engineer) spotted it right away - pointed out that the bumper was replaced, and there was some minor body damage to the driver rear quarter panel, just in front of the bumper. I got an estimate to repair this "minor damage". The quote was $2400. So...... while I may be way far off the mark, it *seems* to me like the dealership was QUICK to take the vehicle in, and they were QUICK to move it out the door. And in that haste, transparency wasn't, well - transparent. I do believe that they weren't being purposefully deceitful, however I also believe that they knew that because I was 1500 miles away, they might be able to let some things slide, because it was a used vehicle, and a "done deal" on the sale. Had I been there, to be able to see it, in person, I most defintely would've pointed all of that out, and negotiated a better price. Perhaps it was simply something overlooked. Perhaps not. All in all, not a horrible experience, but not a "perfect" one, either. Oh - and the check engine light? It was a "cat code".... two different shops (including a dealership) confirmed that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced..... an expense of anywhere from $2000 to $6000. John Elway did not step up to cover that cost (understandably so).

Had a great experience. Thomas helped me test drive and sign for the vehicle. It was Saturday, and busy, so we did wait a couple hours until we could sign the final paperwork with the gentlemen in finance. Regardless, that got us taken care of and I am back in a reliable vehicle!

Five+ Stars for John Elway Chevrolet and everyone with whom I dealt at the dealership. The Elway sales rep, Curtis Mannisto, was outstanding in every respect. By way of clarification, the Five+ Stars relate only to my experience with the dealership. If asked to rate GM's performance the rating would be Zero Stars. A little background may be useful. Thie 2026 special-ordered Z06 Corvette delivered in March 2026 to which this rating refers (let's call it Z06#2) replaced an identical 2026 special-ordered Z06 delivered and purchased in October 2025 (let's call it Z06#1). Z06#1 self-destructed at 31 miles as I was driving it on the day of delivery from the dealership in Denver, CO to my home in Vail, CO. I was driving the just-delivered and defective Z06#1 on a 55mph feeder highway into I-70 in Denver (possibly the busiest highway in the country) in heavy bumper-to-bumper rush hour traffic when Z06#1 inexplicably began randomly shifting up and down throughout the gear range. Although the speed limit is 55mph on the feeder highways, the average speed is usually 65 to 70mph, and Z06#1 was, for example, shifting at 55mph in fifth gear down to first gear, and so on. The manual option did not work, so I had no control over the transmission or related engine braking. A rear-end collision seemed likely as Denver rush-hour drivers are pretty aggressive . More concerning was that at one point on the feeder highway Z06 #1 shifted down to first gear and displayed the indicator that launch control was ready. If you understand how launch control is supposed to work, ask yourself whether you would engage the brake at any point and then engage the throttle in Denver bumper-to-bumper rush hour traffic. As it happened, I was close to an exit and was able to take the exit, run two stop signs without touching the brake pedal, and creep to a street where I could stop the vehicle. I contacted Curtis Mannisto, the Elway sales rep, who helped arrange for a flatbed tow for Z06#1 back to the dealership and provided a rental car to get me back home to Vail. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts to repair Z06#1, the dealership asked GM to repurchase Z06#1. GM agreed to the repurchase, presumably for the obvious reasons. My complaint with GM and the basis for a Zero Star rating for GM is that GM takes the position that they will reimburse the repurchase customer only for the sticker price (less dealership discounts) plus taxes, but not for dealer-added options and accessories paid for by the customer prior to delivery. The dealer added several options and accessories at my request and they are reflected on the purchase order for Z06#1. In the case of Z06#1, these dealer-added items total something around $7,000. Adding insult to injury, GM deducted a small amount from the reimbursement to reflect the customer's presumed enjoyment of the vehicle before it imploded at 31 miles in Denver rush hour traffic. GM's position appears to be that when GM delivers a defective and dangerous product to the customer, GM has no responsibility for direct, incidental or consequential damages incurred by the customer arising from the defective and dangerous GM product. Would a reasonable person think the $7,000 loss to the customer described above is directly, incidentally or consequentially related to the total meltdown of a $170,000+ GM vehicle at 31 miles on the day of delivery? To add insult to injury, GM deducted a small amount from the reimbursement to reflect the rapture GM must think the customer experienced driving the defective and dangerous Z06#1 through Denver traffic for 31 miles. GM should send someone to drive through Denver rush hour traffic to evaluate the joy of that particular driving experience. Anyway, this is not good business on GM's part. And the unacceptable customer experience is not the dealership's fault. It is the fault of GM and the defective and dangerous product GM delivered to the customer.

Signed up for a warranty. I was seen right away and offered choice of years. Also they installed a new air purifier. I plan to have my EV checked out every 6. months at this dealership.

Appointment for test drive was easy to make. Yasmine, who provided the vehicle and information, was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. This is my second test drive here and both were positive experiences.

Patrick was my sales rep. He was great, kind, & attentive. Patrick was honest and had great communication before appt arrival and during appt. His supporting team was also helpful and a feeling of no pressure during this purchase. Here’s our Jeep saying hello and goodbye, passing the baton to a newer electric version.

Great service as always

Transmissions and 4x4 Service was pricey but done promptly and I was able to leave the dealership with the confidence that the service was done properly as opposed to going to Grease Monkey or some other 15 minute oil change shop and wondering if it was done correctly. Staff was courteous and kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. Finding that they washed my truck when all was said and done was a pleasant surprise.

It's been a struggle the past year. I had a really unfortunate experience with groove Toyota, who happens to be down the street from this particular dealership John Elway Chevrolet stepped up and gave me some hope and a new chapter and a better car experience. I truly appreciate, and I am blessed and thankful for Dimetrius, Jason , Joyce and Ricardo for taking care of me and being good human beings and giving me a better car experience. Overall, it's good experience although there is hiccup here and there. At least, I felt the rep I had was honest. Although there was mistake noted after the deal, the rep was willing to accept and tried to compensate. I'm not sure how common it was but I'm kind of impressed. I would recommend checking this place out or discuss potential deal they have here.

The techs doing the inspections don't inspect. They recommend the same items as before even though I did some of the repairs. No need to do inspections if they will not spend the time to do them correctly.

Joey in service is a rock star. Great attention on the phone and he was very helpful when I arrived.
