Demetrius was awesome. He was super helpful despite a mix up in the appointment services that was scheduled for an oil change, but should have been for repairs because I lost all my oil. Darn oil coolers:-)... He was able to get it diagnosed then put in the queue for repairs. Thank you so much.... The service department is general is always great.

I called John Elway Chevrolet looking for the best possible deal on a Chevy Colorado ZR2. I was set up with sales representative Steven who helped me find exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted. Steven worked with me in every aspect of my purchase. He was professional and did everything in a timely manner. He payed close attention to exactly what I wanted and took care not to waste my time. I will without a doubt be recommending Steven to anyone I know looking for a great sales representative. In addition to Steven the rest of the team at John Elway Chevrolet was amazing too. Everyone I came in contact with during my purchase was professional and helpfully. Most importantly however while I was there I was never once given a flat out no or I can't do that. Our sales experience was fantastic. The dealership did not have a truck that met our requirements, but was able to find two at other dealerships and had one delivered in less than an hour. There was no haggling to get to an acceptable price (actually less than I planned on spending), and we got good value for our trade in. None of the stereotypical car salesman games I have experienced at other Chevy dealerships in the state. We did have an issue with the detail shop. The truck received from the other dealership had not been properly detailed when it arrived (we were given fair warning about this before it arrived). Due to a time crunch, we did not have time to let John Elway detail the truck that day. They agreed to schedule a time later in the week for us to bring the truck back for a proper detail. My wife pointed out several specific items that needed to be addressed in addition to the usual PDI checklist. Unfortunately, she had to send the truck back to the detail shop three times after the initial detail to get all of the issues addressed. Although we were satisfied with the final results, we were disappointed in having to repeatedly point out things that were missed during the final detail, a process that took several hours.

I have had a lot of trouble getting warranty work done on my 2018 Suburban. I have had to go to contact General Motors more than once to get work done. I also had to go to another dealer ship to have some work finished properly. This last time I came in to see what was going on with a part that was ordered before Christmas, as I had tried to call the dealer ship a few times not getting a hold of anyone to talk to nor could GM get a response. I went to the dealer ship myself this week to find out what was going on they said they had not seen the paper work that had been sent to service from the body shop for a part on my center console glove box that was locked with my house key in it. I was then informed they had the part in stock and if I could wait the would fix it. I agreed to wait and in 40 nminutes the work was completed. I also asked to changes to my extended warranty this was also completed. I have been given assurance by Mr. Silverberg I will not have these issues any longer with getting any work done wether it be warranty or not.

it took way longer than the he said. They tried to charge me more than their published rate for the service. I was in the waiting room and instead of coming to talk to me about other things about my car, they texted to get me to select yes for added services without discussing with me. I feel like this was not an honest visit for me.
