I had a great experience with my sales agent, Jason Lawandus. He was very professional and helpful throughout the process. I ordered the vehicle and Jason would routinely check-in with me with updates. I really enjoyed working with him! I would give Jason 5 stars (excellent) and a 10 (Definitely Recommend). Jason is great. I would say though, that my experience with the Tony Gomez in the finance department was less than excellent. I did not like the sales approach on the warranty. It felt cheesy to me and not at all authentic. He called me the day before to run through figures for a few add-ons. However, the actual costs for the add-ons were greater the next day, so I feel he either misrepresented these to me over the phone or over charged. Also, he needed to correct the paperwork a couple times, which required us to write a second check to account for a discrepancy in the total cost of the vehicle and increased our time at the dealership after a long day. After finishing up with finance (which I actually paid cash for the vehicle), I would say my trust in the dealership had been lowered.

This last time that I had to take my Chevy Trax in for repairs, again, my service technician, Dimitri, did an excellent job of coordinating everything for the repairs. He kept me up to date throughout the process, even when it needed further repair that required the involvement of GM. Even though my car was in the shop for over a week, I was well taken care of and reassured that my vehicle would be repaired and well taken care of.
