Dealership was welcoming and sales person was friendly. Felt annoyed by the lowballing of my trade in only to come back and the dealer offered what others quoted at buying the used car at a higher price. In all though pretty satisfied with the overal experience :)

I had my car serviced at the Chevrolet dealer that is closest to me, not John Elway. They absolutely convinced me never to come back to them. I went to John Elway Chevrolet and was treated like I was their most important customer. You would never expect such a difference in Chevrolet dealer service but it is night and day. The only place to have your Chevrolet serviced is at John Elway.

Did not purchase my 2022 Trailblazer at John Elway. Went there for the vehicle's first oil change. Initially went there because the location is convenient. Easy to make the appointment using their web site. (note: I tried to several times to schedule this service appointment with the dealer where the vehicle was purchased but could not get their web site to work, nor could I get them to call me back.) As soon as I drove into the service area, I could see that it was better organized than the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. Someone met me almost immediately and confirmed my appointment. The oil change took about 40 minutes. The biggest surprise was that my Trailblazer was washed and wiped. John Elway does a better job washing the vehicle than the Lincoln dealership down the street were we also purchased a new vehicle. Kudos to John Elway's service department, and thank you!

The person working on my car did a great job keeping me informed of the process and what was happening. They worked with my warranty information and made the process completely painless. I had gone to a different dealer initially and had a terrible experience, but Elway was a night and day difference!

I would give this 5 stars and a 10 except originally, I dealt with a salesperson which was not a good experience. However, Trevor Green saved the day and the sale. Trevor was honest, helpful and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

I did not like the fact that your company had an independent vehicle glass contractor soliciting business while I was getting my car serviced. If that happens again, I will go to a different Chevy dealer to obtain service.
