Alex Ross was outstanding, He helped out and answered all my questions. I had a trade-in and he knew I was not too happy with the amount that I was getting offered for my car. I was about to walk. He sat me down and explained the lease option to me. I have been in car sales before and I knew what I was getting into but I listened to him and he had many points that I was not aware of. He was not pushy at all and he spoke highly of the Dealership and the team that it is ran by. I have recommended not only him but this dealership to a few people now. This is the second car that I have gotten from this dealership. Thank you for everything Alex. Keep up the good work. Great things will come to you. A couple of changes you can make. 1st I had to wait ~ 5 minutes for my service person as he wasn't there waiting for me. Also the service door was open and it was cold waiting there past my appointment time. When I left my service person told me my car was out there. It took me a few minutes to walk up and down to find the car. So maybe you should walk the customer to the car directly.
