I took my car in for a recall. The dealership was prompt, timely and friendly. My only criticism is that when I got my Chevy Bolt EUV back, I had lost a significant amount of driving range. No one in service bothered to communicate to me that this was to be expected for the next 6,000 miles as the software did some algorithms while it analyzes the batteries and that the range would be restored when that process was done. I thought that the recall had significantly and adversely affected my car. And, until I read the tech blogs, I really was angry about the recall results.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and willing to accommodate. For example, I wanted to push the start of my Corvette build out one month, and the dealer agreed. Two things to improve upon: 1) proactive communication. I was the one who called for updates rather than the dealer being proactive in their communication. 2) was not informed prior to my vehicle pick up that I needed to have my car added to my insurance beforehand and that I needed to bring an insurance card with me to pick up my vehicle. First time that was ever required of me. Was a hastle to get this done on a Saturday. Fortunately, my insurance agent came through for me, since the dealership is over an hour away from my home.

The staff was all really helpful and professional. We brought our two kids and the receptionist was great with talking with them and giving them coloring books and suckers to keep them happy. Jason was efficient with helping me get through the paperwork and Jonah was really patient answering all my questions about the different features on the vehicle.
