Had a great experience with Chris. He was kind and helpful from the start and tried to communicate efficiently to keep me in the loop. I don't know where the breakdown was exactly. Could have been service, or the tech, or GM, but I'm now bringing my truck back for the fourth time on Monday to get one problem fixed. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND INEFFICIENT AND A GIANT WASTE OF MY TIME. The tech identified three potential issues in my electronics 1) radio, 2) wire cluster and 3) the amplifier. Instead of just ordering all three parts to discover what was needed and returning the parts within GM that weren't needed, they ordered 1 part at a time, which has kept me coming back for each new part that needed overnighted. All in all I've lost about a half a day in trips and Ubers to the dealership that shouldn't have been needed. In the end — this process, whoever's issue it is, is just poor. Doesn't put the customer first and really removes any incentive I have to bring my truck to the dealership to get serviced long term instead of going to a third party shop. Frustrated as a customer, but it is an unbelievably poor business process if you care about retaining and serving customers well.
