The Service Professional, Dimitrios Papadopoulos outlined what were required (oil change, tire rotation and alignment) and as usual provide an excellent estimate on cost and time required to finish the work. Once again John Elway dealership's service department put their best foot forward to keep my Volt running like new and maintaining my loyalty for a lot longer.

Bill Gift took the car in when I arrived, so no wait time. Car was finished the next day. No issues other than the leak which was repaired. Service writers and staff are very pleasant and helpful. Really couldn't ask for more.

My radio screen wasn't working and was told it was a software update which my system, luckily accepted. Chery had mentioned many people are having this issue, their system isn't taking the software update, and the units are on backorder for those where this can't be immediately fixed. All good news buy I'm curious why I was charged $236.01 for a software upgrade! There's a 10 year warranty on the vehicle, when we dropped it off I was told it would covered under warranty, and if there was a problem that they'd call to ensure it was covered. Imagine my surprise when I showed up and told there was a charge, I used $131.47 of my Chevy Points to help pay the bill, and was told the warranty does not cover everything despite being told it was.

The main thing I needed was to fined The main coolent leak and give me a price to repair it. They said they needed to remove the glow plugs to fined witch cylinders the coolant was leaking into. I wasn’t given a price for this testing so it wasn't done. The problem is it cast me over $200 to fined out nothing. I am very concerned about the knowledge base in your shop Paul Ryan 720-354-0119
