Service for my 2018 Impala Premier. Service rep Andy Black is a most competent and caring professional. Service advice is appropriate in that the use of my vehicle is recognized and service items are addressed adequately. Service is completed in a timely manner and I am made aware of any additional service items that my be needed while my car is being serviced. I trust Andy and the Elway service department.
As always, we get the best, most honest and reliable service on our Traverse at John Elway Chevrolet. All the service agents are helpful and we especially like Andy Black, who always knows what we need and what we don't need to do to keep our Traverse in top operating condition without wasting any money He makes us aware of all the coupons and specials that are available to us. He is the reason we always look first to John Elway when it's time to buy another vehicle.
Friendly people who are extremely knowledgeable about Chevy vehicles. My gripe is not with the dealership, but with the "head" GM people. I ordered a Chevy Tahoe in October of 2021. It never came in. Finally, the sales person said perhaps if I ordered a lower model (a LT instead of a Premier) it might come in faster. So I did that and now have received the LT--my second choice. My sales person, Alissa I believe, was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful in ordering an LT with most of the stuff I wanted on the Premier--except the Maple Sugar colored interior, which wasn't available, and the towing package. Anyway, BIG thanks to Alissa for her work in figuring out and getting most of what I wanted. Also loved Jason who gave us a little class on our new car, it's SO helpful to talk to someone who understands how everything works. Everyone at Elway was great, it's the "head" office that I have a bone to pick with--don't tell people they can order a car when in actualality, they can't--you can order a car, you just don't ever get it. It has now been almost a year since I ordered my original Tahoe and it has never shown up. And why doesn't Chevy put the special orders at the top of the build list? These are people who want the cars, yet we loyal customers are put in the position that Chevy is building cars for other people. How does that inspire loyalty in customers? Big kuddos to everyone at Elway but I would give a big fat "0" to the Chevy organization for the wa Chevy has decided to build cars, shame on you. If I hadn't already invested so much time and effort into figuring out I wanted a Tahoe, I would have gotten a different make, I was that disgusted.

April is great. She makes up for all the short comings in the shop. The last 3 times I have had my oil changed I waited over an hour before work was even started. I could see my car still sitting out back. I think your scheduling could be better especially for those of us waiting for our vehicles
