They followed up with me after scheduling an appointment online, just to confirm and make sure I would be there. They also sent me reminders. Once I got to the dealership I was in an out. In that quick time frame they gave me an estimated time for when my vehicle would be ready. Once it was ready they gave me a call, and even kept it there for an additional hour as I was tied up. Also once I came to pick my vehicle up it was all cleaned and again, they got me in and out. Great service.

The original salesman that took the call was in a meeting for over two hours after my appointment time. Luckily I was able to conclude my business through the commercial side. The guys on that side were efficient and outstanding and the dealer manager that took my trade was courteous, polite and fair.
Dave H. did a great job helping me, answering questions I had. Took my information when I called and knew what to do, friendly, great customer service.Thorough in telling me what will happen and when he will contact me. He contacted me the time he said he was going to. Let me know if he was not going to be in. He got things done and let me know if anything changed.Again a great job.
