Everyone was super nice. My 83 year old husband is no longer able to drive or do many things so it was my first trip for an oil change and tire rotation on my own. Due to remodeling, I was a bit confused as to where they had moved the service department but everyone was very helpful. Beautiful place. Friendly people. Time it took was great even with the power going out briefly.
My experience overall was great but what made me unhappy is that I just purchased my car at the end of Oct and I couldn't figure out why a 2015 Impala drives so horrible in the snow... Come to find out, that when the car was sold to me, the tread on my tires is for hwy driving and not all weather/all season... so I slip and slide and have been stuck trying to get out of my sub division twice. I don't think that I should have to pay for 4 new tires when the vehicle was sold to me with the incorrect tires/tread for driving in Colorado. Thinking about reporting this issue to the BBB...
I love my car and the sales team was great but not HAPPY driving a car that's unsafe because of a simple fix...

This service visit could not have been better. It was easy to schedule, they were waiting for me when I arrived, they informed me that there was also a recall that I did not know about and did all the work within the timeframe they told me it would be done. The guy I worked with was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. I will continue using their service department.
I bought my Tahoe (used) over three years ago. I keep coming back for service appointments because of how well I've been treated. No high pressure up-sale attempts, the truck has always been ready either on time or sooner.
I'll continue to bring it in for service.

Simply put John Elway is not the cheapest and 30 min in the opposite direction from my work so when I make an appt there I have to take off a half day from work to do so. The point being is that I would not subject myself to those two things if the customer service, environment and expectations were not only met but exceeded. Thank you for all you guys do and getting me in and out quickly and not trying to nickel and dime me!

I was told that there was a recall on my type of car thay said if I didn't mind waiting a little bit longer thay could fix the problem right away I didn't have to wait for the recall in the mail THAT'S NICE THANK YOU.
