The service with Dimitrios was good but what wasn’t is that my truck started leaking oil after I took it for service. It did not leak when I bought it. After it started leaking I took it in and they said it was probably the filter it got changed out and it was still leaking. I took it in again and truck was kept for 3 days and less than a week later truck was leaking oil again. This is the third time I’ve taken it in and was supposed to get it back on Wednesday May 1st and got a text message that they were missing a screw that was on back order and that it had been lost in shop. I am very disappointed and am kind of regretting buying this vehicle because it’s in the back of my mind that I’m going to have to take it again sooner or later for this same issue and if doesn’t have warranty anymore it’s going to have to come out out of my pocket which shouldn’t happen this is a expensive car that I was so excited to get I hope you can help me out and give me some resolution to this issue I am still waiting for my truck and even though I was given a rental car I bought the truck because I needed not to have it in the shop

The 21 Chevy Suburban Duramax 3.0L LS that Foundation Chevy sold to me with their "warranty forever" turned out to be a full blown lemon. Within 2 weeks of owning it, there were electrical harness failures, communication computer sensor failures, heater core failure. at 60k miles the defective transmission failed and had to be replaced. As Foundation began to realize the car was a lemon they immediately began to give me problems getting things fixed that were covered by the warranty forever, such as the windows fog up and no matter what they did it did not resolve the problem. The heater in the back of the suburban didn't work. They began to deceive me when I brought it in for routine oil changes by not actually changing the oil, leaving it dirty and black, and I requested they redo the oil change instead of lying to me. After that, I noticed something was wrong with my receipts, they didn't look right, maybe they didn't record the oil change in their computer system for my car. Later it was confirmed they didn't because they voided the warranty due to "missing" the required oil changes. They were not missed, they just didn't record them. I knew Dan Hug their SVC manager had left Foundation before I had these problems and went to John Elway Chevrolet...he had always done things right at Foundation. After he left is when the fraud and deception started happening so that they wouldn't have to honor my warranty. So I started driving twice as far to see Dan at John Elway Chevrolet and ever since then he ad treated me right, fixing the issues promptly and honestly. Only recommending the necessary fix rather than suggestion expensive maintenance that didn't need to be done. Not only did he communicate with his service techs to give my Limo company priority and special attention, he made sure to reverse all the lemon damage from a defective vehicle into a reliable work horse that i so desperately need to keep my transportation clients happy and safe.

For the most part my experience was good. MUCH better than Emich which was a total nightmare. My only issue was with the pricing. I don’t know if I was charged for a service that wasn’t needed so that is why I gave a 4 start instead of 5
